G.S.R. 928 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 ( 61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, namely:-
- (1) These rules may be called the Indian Police Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2007:-
