सा.का.नि. 338(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, नामत:

1. (i) इन नियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) संशोधन नियमावली, 2025 कहा जाएगा।
   (ii) वे सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2016 में:-
   (क) अनुसूची II-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा में समयमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पदों में, तालिका में, पहले कॉलम में “उत्तर प्रदेश” प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:

“उत्तर प्रदेश

शहीद अशफाक उल्ला खान प्राणि उद्यान, गोरखपुर के निदेशक/संरक्षक

बेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 13क”

(ख) अनुसूची-II ख में, उत्तर प्रदेश प्रविष्टि के लिए समयमान में वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन वाले पदों सहित राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान में वेतन वाले पदों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः

नोट: प्रधान नियम भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में दिनांक 28 सितंबर, 2016 के सा.का.नि. सं. 924 (अ) के माध्यम से प्रकाशित और बाद में निम्नलिखित सा.का.नि.सं. एवं दिनांक द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे।

G.S.R. 338 (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-

1. (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Amendment Rules, 2025.
   (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-
   (a) In Schedule II- A Posts carrying pay above the Time Scale in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments, in the Table, for the entry “Uttar Pradesh” appearing in the first column and the corresponding entry in the second column, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Uttar pradesh

(b) In Schedule-II B, Posts carrying pay in the Senior Scale of the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the Time Scale for the entry Uttar Pradesh, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“DCF to Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Lucknow
