सा.का.नि. 1035(अ).—भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग), नियमावली, 1966 के नियम 4 के उप नियम (1) एवं (2) के साथ पटित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएँ अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, “सिक्रिम” सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियम, 1966 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:—
- (1) इन विनियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) 125वें संशोधन विनियम, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे।
- भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1966 की अनुसूची में “सिक्रिम” शीर्षक और उसके अन्तर्गत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:—

G.S.R. 1035(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Sikkim hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely:-
- (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Sixth Amendment Regulations, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, in the Schedule, for the heading “Sikkim” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

नई दिल्ली, 18 अगस्त, 2017 सा.का.नि. 1036(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार सिक्किम सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) छठा संशोधन विनियम, 2017 कहा जाएगा। (2) ये नियम इनके शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे
- भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2016 में :— (क) “अनुसूची II-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के वरिष्ठ समय वेतनमान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों में”, तालिका के प्रथम कॉलम में आने वाली ‘सिक्किम’ प्रविष्टि के लिए तथा दूसरे कॉलम में आने वाली तद्नुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् : —

G.S.R. 1036(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Sikkim hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-
- (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Sixth Amendment Rules, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette - In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-
(a) In Schedule II-A Posts carrying pay above the Time Scale in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments, in the Table, for the entry “Sikkim” appearing in the first column and the corresponding entry in the second column, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
