सदस्य, नि. 431(अ).—भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) और (2) के साथ गठित, अखिल भारतीय सेवाएँ अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदेश शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्—
- (1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) सभागार संशोधन विनियमावली, 2010 कहलाएंगे।
- (2) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रबुद्ध होंगे।
- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में “छत्तीसगढ़” शीर्षक में, उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियाँ हेतु निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्—

G.S.R. 431(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (LXI of 1951) read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:—
- (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Seventh Amendment Regulations, 2010.
- (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, under the heading “Chhattisgarh” for the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 20 मई, 2010 सा.का.नि. 432(अ) – अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कंन्ट्र सरकार छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (चेतन) नियमावली, 2007 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (i) ये नियम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नौंवा संशोधन नियमावली, 2010 कहलाएंगे।

New Delhi, the 20th May, 2010 G.S.R. 433(E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (LXI of 1951) read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of West Bengal hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:-
- (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fifth Amendment Regulations, 2010. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

साआईटी, 434(अ),—अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कन्वेयर सरकार, पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2007 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:
- (1) ये नियम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) सतत संशोधन नियमावली, 2010 कहलाएंगे।
- (2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2007 में:
