सा.का.नि. 758 (अ).—रिट याचिका सं 16436/2011 में माननीय तेलंगाना उच्च न्यायालय, हैदराबाद के दिनांक 29.10.2021 के आदेश के अनुपालन में कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) द्वारा जारी दिनांक 18 दिसंबर, 2008 की अधिसूचना सा. का. नि.863(अ) [फा.सं.11031/06/2008-अ.भा.से.- II (ख)] में आंशिक आशोधन करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार पूर्व में मूल रूप से अधिसूचित की गई सूची की तुलना में चयन सूची वर्ष में निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों के भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (आईएएस) में पदोन्नति के मामले पर विचार करने हेतु संबंधित उक्त अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:

पैरा 1 (2) में, निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:
“ये दिनांक 22.07.2002 से प्रवृत्त होंगे।”
उपर्युक्त एमएलपी (सी) सं. 2022 का 11168 में दिनांक 18.07.2022 के आदेश के विरुद्ध माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में दायर पुनर्विचार याचिका के परिणाम के अध्यधीन है।

G.S.R. 758 (E).-In compliance with the order dated 29.10.2021 of the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad in WP No. 16436/2011, the Central Government, in partial modification of the Notification G.S.R. 863(E) dated $18^{\text {th }}$ December, 2008 [File No. 11031/06/2008-AIS-II(B)]issued by the Ministry of Personnel, P.G. \& Pensions (Department of Personnel \&Training), makes the following amendment in so far as the said notification relates to consideration of the case of the following officers for promotion in to Indian Administrative Service (IAS) against an earlier select list year than as originally notified:
- Mr. G.S.R.K.R. Vijay Kumar, S/o G. Krishnaiah
- Mr. G. Kishan, S/o Sathaiah
- Mr. K.S. Sreenivas Raju, S/o K. Gopal Raju
- Mr. K.R.B.H.N. Chakravarthy, S/o K. A. Narsimha Rao
- Mr. M. Girija Shankar, S/o M.V.S. Murthy
- Mr. G. Ravi Babu, S/o G.Ezra
- Mr. Ch. Vijay Mohan, S/o Ch. Narsimha Rao
In Para 1 (2), the following shall be substituted:
“They shall come into force w.e.f. 22.07.2002.”
The above is subject to the outcome of the Review Petition filed in the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the Order dated 18.07.2022 in SLP (C) No 11168 of 2022.
