सा.का.नि. 445(अ).— अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा
(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, सिक्किम सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन)
नियम, 2007 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात :-
1.
(i) इन नियमों को भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) पांचवां संशोधन नियम, 2025 कहा जा सकेगा।
(ii) ये नियम, शासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2016 में, :-
(क) राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पदों से संबंधित
“अनुसूची-II-भाग क” में, तालिका में प्रथम कॉलम में आने वाली “सिक्किम”प्रविष्टि के लिए और दूसरे कॉलम में आने वाले
तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामत:-

“सिक्किम

(ख) वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष भत्ता वाले पदों सहित राज्य सरकार के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान में, वेतन वाले पदों से संबंधित “अनुसूची-II-भाग ख” में, “सिक्किम” के तहत आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के लिए तालिका में निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात :-

[फा.सं. 11031/03/2024- अ.भा.से.-II (ख)] भूग्यिंदर पाल सिंह, अवर सचिव टिप्पणी:मुख्य नियम,भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रशासनिक नियम, दिनांक 08 सितंबर, 2016के सा.का.नि. सं. 870(अ) के तहत प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तत्पश्चात निम्नलिखित सा.का.नि. संख्याओं द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे:-

G.S.R. 445(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Sikkim hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, namely: –

1. (i) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Sixth Amendment Rules, 2025.
   (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-

In “Schedule II-Part A” posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Sikkim” occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:
“Sikkim

(b) In “Schedule II – Part B” Posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments including posts carrying special allowance in addition to pay, for the entries occurring under ‘Sikkim, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Secretary to Government/Joint Secretaries/Deputy Secretaries
District Magistrate and Collector
