सा.का.नि. 23 (अ)—कन्व्रीय सरकार, अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए संबद्ध राज्यों से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2007 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) संशोधन नियम, 2007 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। - भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 2007 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम (1) के प्रथम परंतुक में “सेवा के 16 वर्ष” शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर “सेवा के 14 वर्ष” शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th January, 2008
G.S.R. 23(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, after consultation with the Governments of the States concerned, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, namely :-
I. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Amendment Rules, 2007
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, in rule 3, in sub-rule (I), in the first proviso for the words “sixteen years of service” the words “fourteen years of service” shall be substituted.
