सा.का.नि. 230(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम (2) और (2) तथा नियम 7 के उप नियम (सी) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् : –

1. (i) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) सस्‍म संशोधन विनियमावली, 2008 है ।
   (ii) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।1. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संक्या का नियतन) विलियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में “छत्तीसगढ़” शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् –

छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के अन्तर्गत वरिष्ठ ड्यूटी पद पदों का नाम

दिप्पणी (1) : इस अधिसूचना के जारी करने के पूर्व छत्तीसगढ़ संवर्ग की कुल प्राधिकृत संख्या 138 थी । दिप्पणी (2) : मूल विनियम 22 अक्तूबर, 1955 की एस.आर.ओ. सं. 3350 के अंतर्गत भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए गए थे । तत्पश्चात् छत्तीसगढ़ के संबंध में इन विनियमों में संशोधन निम्नलिखित सा.का.नि. संख्याओं और तारीखों द्वारा किए गए ।

G.S.R. 230(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 4 and sub-clause (C) of Rule 7 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Chhattisgarh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:-

1. (i) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service(Fixation of Cadre Strength) Seventh Amendment Regulations, 2008.
   (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, for the heading “Chhattisgarh” and the entries occurring thereafter, the following shall be substituted namely:-

Note 2: The Principal Regulations were published in the Gazette of India vide SRO No. 3350 dated the $22^{\text {nd }}$ October 1955. These were subsequently amended in respect of the Chhattisgarh Cadre vide the following GSR Numbers and dates:-
