G.S.R. 511(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) and sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 76 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 (6 of 2014), read with the first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of ‘Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely :-
- (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fifth Amendment Regulations, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, in the schedule,-
