साः का. नि. 688(अ).—भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) और (2) के साथ पटित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएँ अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 को उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, सिक्किम सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (1) ये विनियम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) दशम संशोधन विनियमावली, 2010 कहलाएंगे।
- (2) ये विनियम शासकीय रायजत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में “सिक्किम” शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रतिभाओं के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

G.S.R. 688(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (LXI of 1951) read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Sikkim hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely :-
- (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Tenth Amendment Regulations, 2010.
- (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, under the heading “Sikkim” for the entries occurring there under, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

नई दिल्ली, 19 अगस्त, 2010 सा.का.नि. 689(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (i) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कोड सरकार, सिक्किम सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2007 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन), बारहवां संशोधन नियमावली, 2010 है । (2) ये नियम शासकीय राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2007 :— (क) तालिका में “अनुसूची II-क, में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में वेतनमान के ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदों” में प्रथम कॉलम में “सिक्किम” प्रविष्टि और दूसरे कॉलम में तदनुक्यो प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात् :—

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th August, 2010 G.S.R. 689(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Sikkim hereby makes the following rules futher to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, namely :-
- (i) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Twelth Amendment Rules, 2010. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007 :-
In “Schedule II-A posts carrying pay above the time scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments”, in the table, for the entry “SIKKIM” occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely :-
