सा.का.नि. 750(अ).—अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1)
द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, संबंधित राज्य सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा
(संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, नामत:-

1. (1) इन नियमों को भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) संशोधन नियमावली, 2023 कहा जाएगा।
   (2) ये नियम, राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 में, नियम 4 में, उप-नियम (2) में द्वितीय परंतुक के पश्चात,
   निम्नलिखित परंतुक को अन्तर्वेशित किया जाएगा, नामत:–

“बशर्ते यह भी कि पुनर्निर्धारित संख्याबल और ऐसे प्रत्येक संवर्ग की संरचना केवल राजपत्र में अधिसूचना की तारीख से ही
भविष्यलक्षी प्रभाव से लागू होगी।”

टिप्पणी: प्रधान नियम, दिनांक 08 सितम्बर, 1954 के सा.का.नि.सं. 152 के माध्यम मे भारत के राजपत्र, भाग- II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड(i) में प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तत्पश्चात निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाओं द्वारा संशोधित किए गए:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th October, 2023
G.S.R. 750(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of States concerned, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Amendment Rules, 2023.
   (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2), after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
   “Provided also that the redetermined strength and composition of each such cadre shall be applicable only prospectively from the date of notification in the Official Gazette.”
