ORDER
In continuation to this Department’s Order No. 4/3/2022-CS.I(D)(v) dated 29.06.2022, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of Shri Rajesh Jaiswal, (CSL No. 6004) in the Selection Grade Select List (SGSL) of Central Secretariat Services for the year 2016 (Deputy Secretary Grade) at S.No.51-A: above Shri Hemant Kr. Srivastava (CSL No.6006) (S.No.52) and below Shri Mrityanjaya Kr. Mishra (CSL No. 6002) (S.No.51). The order is subject to the conditions stipulated in the aforementioned order dated 29.06.2022.
2. The inclusion of officer in SGSL-2016 will remain subject to further orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP(C) No. 30621/2011 titled Shri Jarnail Singh \& Ors. V. Lachhmi Narain Gupta \& Ors., and other connected matters.
