OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Review DPC – Inclusion of Shri Niraj Kumar (CSL No.4649-A) in the Select List of Grade-I (Under Secretary) of CSS for the year 2003 regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 18.6.2015 for inclusion of officers in the Select List of Under Secretaries of CSS for the year 2003 on the basis of Review DPC. In continuation of the said O.M., approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of Shri Niraj Kumar (CSL No.4649-A) in the said Select List of Under Secretary for the year 2003, at SI.No.336(A) below Shri D.L. Alawadhi at SI.No. 336 (CSL No.4649) and above Shri C.V.L.N. Prasad SI.No. 337 (CSL No.4651).
2. The inclusion of the Officer in USSL-2003 is subject to the conditions stipulated in O.M. dated 18.6.2015 read with O.M. No. 5/16/2007-CS.I dated 25.8.2009.
3. Orders for posting of Shri Niraj Kumar on his promotion to the grade of US will be issued separately.
