Subject: Grade I Officers of the Central Secretariat Secretariat Service(CSS) considered fit for inclusion in the Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS for the year 2005 case of Shri Mangat Ram Bali, Under Secretary of CSS – reg.
The undersigned is directed to say that in partial modification of Selection Grade Select List notified vide this Department’s OM dated the $7^{\text {th }}$ January, 2009, the Competent Authority has accepted the recommendations of the DPC for inclusion of the name of Shri Mangat Ram Bali (CSL No.3949) at Sl. No.11A of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Selection List for the year 2005 below Shri B.K. Dhat (CSL. No.3706) at Sl. 11 and above Shri Hem Chand (CSL No.3950) at Sl. No. 12.
