Subject: Review DPC – Inclusion of officers in the Select Lists of the Grade-I (Under Secretary) of Central Secretariat Service for the years 2004 to 2011 – regarding.
In continuation to this Department’s O.M. No.5/14/2022-CS.I(U) dated 24.06.2022, the approval of the president is hereby conveyed for inclusion of following officers in the Select List of the Grade-I (Under Secretary) of Central Secretariat Service for the year 2011:

- Ministries / Departments, where the above mentioned officers are currently posted may issue notifications. A copy of the notification issued may be forwarded to Department for record.
- The inclusion of above mentioned officers in USSL 2011 is subject to final outcome of the Jarnail Singh batch of cases pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court and Writ Petitions No.6597/2012 and 3003/2013 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and also subject to order of any other competent court in any connected matter.
