The Department of Personnel and Training is updating the digital ‘Executive Record Sheets’ (ER Sheets) for IAS officers to include awards and publications. This initiative aims to make the ER sheets more comprehensive by capturing details of recognition and published works. A specific format (Annexure ‘A’) has been provided for submitting this information. It is crucial that all requests for updating these records are routed through the respective cadre controlling authorities, who must ensure that necessary permissions for accepting awards or citations have been granted. The information is being sought from all States and Union Territories.
