The inclusion is positioned within the existing list, above Smt. Vijayalakshmi Bharadwaj and below Shri SG Mulchandaney. This decision builds upon a previous order dated November 7, 2022, and is subject to the conditions outlined in that order, as well as any further directives from the Supreme Court of India regarding a related civil appeal. ORDER
In continuation to this Department’s Order No. 3/11/2022-CS.I(D) dated 07.11.2022, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of Shri Rakesh Kumar (CSL No. 6252) in the Senior Selection Grade Select List (SSGSL) of Central Secretariat Services for the year 2022 (Director Grade) at S.No.8-A: above Smt. Vijayalakshmi Bharadwaj (CSL No.6291) (S.No.9) and below Shri SG Mulchandaney (CSL No.6243) (S.No.8). The order is subject to the conditions stipulated in the aforementioned order dated 07.11.2022.
2. The inclusion of officer in SSGSL-2022 will remain subject to further orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP(C) No. 30621/2011 titled Shri Jarnail Singh \& Ors. V. Lachhmi Narain Gupta \& Ors. and other connected matters.
