ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS on the basis of Review Select Lists of 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2009-A and 2011 of Himachal Pradesh Cadre vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/43/2017-AIS-(I)-B dated 26th November, 2018 and on receipt of proposal for re-fixation of seniority/year of allotment from the State Government of Himachal Pradesh vide their letter No. Per(AI)-B(15)-11/75-IV dated 10th December, 2018, the Seniority /year of allotment of these officers have been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time as per weightage formula:-

No. 1 to 7 in the Review Select List 2006 shall be placed below Shri Devesh Kumar the only DR IAS officer of 1998 batch and above Dr. Amandeep Garg, senior most RR IAS officer of 1999 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre. 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 8 to 9 in the Review Select List 2006 shall be placed below Shri Pushpendra Rajput, the junior most RR IAS officer of 1999 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre. 3.

No. 6 to 7 in the Review Select List 2009-A shall be placed below C. Paulrasu, junior most RR IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Smt. Meera Mohanty, senior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of Himachal Pradesh Cadre.
9. This issues in supersession of this Department’s Orders of even number dated 16th February, 2004, $6^{\text {th }}$ November, 2010, $4^{\text {th }}$ March, 2011 and $25^{\text {th }}$ January, 2018
