ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from Non-SCS category of Rajasthan Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2020 vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/19/2021-AIS-I (B) dated 02.03.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No F.6(3) Pers/A-I/2020 dated 09.03.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended vide notification No.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2016 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time.

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Shri Sharad Mehra, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Ms. Tina Dabi, senior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 2 in the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Dr. Saumya Jha, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Shri Abhishek Surana, senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.
