The Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/19/2012-UTS-I dated 28.5.2013 have also requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers who have been appointed to IAS (SCS category Mizoram Segment) by selection from the Select List vide this Ministry’s notifications No. 14015/2/2009-AIS (I)-B dated 20.4.2011 and No.14015/02/2010-AIS-I dated 20.11.2012 respectively. The seniority/year of allotment of Shri Zothankhuma has been re-worked and in respect of other promotee IAS officers of Mizoram has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time.
