ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Kerala Cadre from Non-State Civil Service officer on the basis of inclusion of name in the Select List 2016 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/12/2017 -AIS-(i)-B dated 08.02.2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide letters No SPL-A1/40/2018-GAD dated 22.02.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended vide Notification No.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

No. 1 of the Select List of 2016 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Shri Narasimhugari T L Reddy, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Ms. Divya S. Iyer, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Kerala Cadre.
