ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Sikkim Cadre from State Civil Service officers on the basis of inclusion of names in the Select Lists of 2018 & 2019 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/20/2020-AIS(I)-B dated 30.07.2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Sikkim vide letter No. 15723 dated 24.09.2020, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers mentioned at SI. No. 1to 4 of the Select List of 2019 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Kapil Meena, junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Sikkim Cadre.
