In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Rajasthan and Karnataka, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri R. Venkatesh Kumar, IAS (RJ:10) from Rajasthan cadre to Karnataka cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms. Ragapriya R., IAS (KN:11).
