ORDER
In partial modification of this Department of even number dated $19^{\text {th }}$ July 2013, the seniority/year of allotment of promote IAS officers of Mizoram segment on the basis of Select list of 2008, 2008A and 2010 has been reworked under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Details are as under: –

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2008 shall be placed below Ms Ankita Mishra, the junior most RR IAS officer of UT Segment of AGMUT cadre of 2001 batch and above Shri Gamli Padu, the only promotee IAS officer of Arunachal Segment of 2001 batch of AGMUT Cadre. .

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2008A shall be placed below Shri Gamli Padu, the junior most IAS officer of Arunachal Pradesh segment of AGMUT cadre of 2001 batch and above Shri P Mathew Samuel, the senior most promotee IAS officer of UT Segment of AGMUT cadre of 2001 batch.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. $2 \& 3$ of the select list of 2008 shall be placed below Shri Vikas Anand, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2002 batch and above Shri Jaidev Sarangi, senior most promotee IAS officer of UT Segment of AGMUT cadre of 2002 batch.

4.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the select list of 2010 shall be placed below Shri D.A. Hawaldar, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2004 batch of Goa Segment and above Ms Niharika Rai, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of AGMUT cadre.
4. This order supersedes earlier order of even number dated $19^{\text {th }}$ July 2013. .
5. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
