ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Maharashtra Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2019 (SCS Category) vide this Department’s Notification No 14015/14/2020-AIS-(I)-B dated 12.07.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Maharashtra vide their letter no. AIS-1021/C.R.405/2021/X dated 09.12.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time.
