ORDER

Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Bihar Cadre from Non-State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of name in the Select List of 2022 vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/04/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 12.01.2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Bihar vide their letter No.1/C-1005/2023-GA-885/ dated 16.01.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of the Non-SCS IAS Officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:
