ORDER

Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Telangana Cadre from State Civil Service officers on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2019, 2020 and 2021 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/30/2022-AIS-(I) B dated 15.02.2023 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Telangana vide their No.54/Spl.A/A3/2022 dated 13.03.2023, the seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time with weightage formula is as under:

Select List – 2019 (SCS Category)

(Vacancies arisen between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019)

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officer mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List 2019 shall be placed below Shri Ashish Sangwan, junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Rizwanbasha Shaik, senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Telangana Cadre.

Katyayani, promotee IAS officer of 2017 batch (Non-SCS category Select List 2021) of Telangana Cadre.

As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 in the Select List 2021 shall be placed below Shri Budumajji Satya Prasad, junior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch and above Dr. E.
