ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Telangana Cadre from Non-State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2022 vide DoPT Notification No. 14015/30/2023-AIS(I)-B dated 15.01.2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Telangana vide their letter No.213/Spl-A/A3/2023 dated 04.02.2024, the seniority / year of allotment of the Non SCS IAS Officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as amended vide Notification No. 14014/04/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per following weightage formula:

*Seniority/year of allotment of officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 and 2 in the Select List of 2022 (Non-SCS Category) has been restricted under proviso to the rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned above in the Select List of 2022 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Dr. E. Naveen Nicolas (SL 2021, YoA 2018), the junior most Non-SCS IAS officer of 2018 batch and above Shri Karnati Varunreddy (RR:TG:2019), senior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch of Telangana Cadre. 3.
