ORDER
Consequent upon appointment into IAS of Gujarat Cadre on the basis of inclusion of the name for the Select List 2021(Non-SCS Category) vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/06/2022-AIS(I)-B dated 15.09.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Gujarat vide their letter No. AIS/16.2022/2195/G dated 17.09.2022, the Seniority /year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended Notification No.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 05.05.2016 and other relevant rules. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the table of the Select list 2021 (Non-SCS Category) shall be placed below Ms. Bhapkar Snehal Purushottam, junior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch and above Shri Atirag Chaplot, senior most RR IAS officer of 2019 batch of Gujarat cadre.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
