ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services of Joint AGMUT Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select Lists of 2015 and 2016 vide this Department’s Notification No 14015/27/2017-AIS-(I)B dated 14.12.2017 and on receipt of the proposal from the Ministry of Home Affairs vide OM No. 14016/19/2012-UTS-I dated 19.12.2017, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time.

- Select List of 2015 (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2015 to 31.12.2015)
2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 of the select list of 2015 shall be placed below Shri S.B. Shashank, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Shri Sanjay Kumar, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of joint AGMUT cadre.
3. Select List of 2016 (Against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016)
- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 7 of the select list of 2016 shall be placed below Dr. Sachin Shinde, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Shri Krishna Mohan Uppu, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of joint AGMUT cadre.
