ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Mizoram Segment of Joint AGMUT Cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2021 (SCS Category) vide DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/26/2022-AIS (I)-B dated 15.12.2022 and on receipt of Ministry of Home Affairs O.M. No.14016/03/2022-UTS-I dated 04.01.2023 alongwith the proposal of Government of Mizoram’s vide letter No.A.32013/10/2019-P&AR(CSW) dated 16.12.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

Page 1 of 22.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List 2021(SCS) shall be placed below Shri Naveen S.L., the junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Ms. Ruchika Katyal, Senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Joint AGMUT cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 4 in the Select List 2021(SCS) shall be placed below Shri Santosh Kumar Rai, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2014 batch and above Ms. Ira Singhal, Senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Joint AGMUT cadre.
3. Inter-se-seniority of the above officers with respect to officers of other segments of Joint AGMUT Cadre will be decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer(s).
