ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to the IAS by Selection (Non-SCS category) from for Select List 2022 vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/17/2023-AIS (I)-B dated 1st February, 2024 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Odisha vide letter No. GAD-SER1-IAS-0003-2023-8043/AIS.I dated 11th March, 2024, the Seniority/year of allotment of the officers have been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules, weightage formula is as under:

2.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned, at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2022 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Smt. Pranati Chhotray, (SL 2020, YoA -2014), the junior most Non-SCS officer of 2014 batch and above Ms. Parul Patawari (RR:OR:2015), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Odisha Cadre and the officers whose names have been mentioned, at SI. No. 2 to 4 of the Select List of 2022 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Ms. Ananya Das (RR:OR:2015), the junior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Shri Dibya Jyoti Parida (RR:OR:2016), the senior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch of Odisha Cadre.
