Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Mizoram Segment of Joint AGMUT Cadre on the basis of inclusion of name in the Select List 2020 (SCS Category) vide DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/26/2021-AIS (I)-B dated 04.05.2022 and on receipt of Ministry of Home Affairs O.M. No.14016/03/2021-UTS-I dated 24.08.2022 alongwith the proposal of Government of Mizoram’s vide letter No.A.32013/10/2019-P&AR(CSW) dated 20.07.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-
