This notification announces the confirmation of Himanshu Kumar Roy, a member of the 2010 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from the Kerala cadre, into the IAS on a permanent basis, effective from May 19, 2013. The decision was made by the President of India, exercising powers conferred by Rule 3-K of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954.
