This communication from the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, directs the secretaries of Central Government Employees Resident Welfare Associations (CGERWAs) to submit their accounts for the year 2014-2015. This submission is a prerequisite to receiving grants-in-aid for the year 2015-16. A previous request was made on December 4th, 2015 and February 9th, 2016. The deadline for submission is February 29th, 2016, and requests received after this date will not be considered.

Sir/Madam,
I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 04.12.2015 and 09.02.2016 on the subject mentioned above, wherein all Secretaries, CGERWA (Recognized by DOPT) were requested to submit their Accounts for the year 2014-15 immediately to Division to receive grant-in-aid for the year 2015-16.
- All secretaries of CGERWAs who have yet not submitted their Accounts are therefore, requested once again to submit their Accounts in prescribed proforma along with bank details to this Division on or before 29.02.2016 positively to receive grant-in-aid for the year 2015-16. Requests for submission of Accounts after the due date will not be entertained, in any case.
