Subject: Grant of recognition to the Residents Welfare Association Aliganj, Type-II, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-reg.

Sir,
I am directed to refer to your letter dated 21.9.2015 on the subject mentioned above and to say that, it has been decided to grant recognition to the Central Govt. Employees Resident Welfare Association, Aliganj, Type-II, Lodhi Road, New Delhi with immediate effect, subject to following conditions:-
i) The Association adheres to the procedure and follow the rules for this purpose
ii) The Association should submit their audited accounts to this Department every year in the prescribed proforma
iii) Utilization certificate/Audit certificate in respect of grant released in an earlier financial year, if not received by the end of next financial year may amount to mis-utilization of funds/grant and the concerned functionary/functionaries of the Managing Committee may be liable to disciplinary action under the provision of conduct rules.
2. You are also requested to recommend names and post to be held for approval to form an ad-hoc committee consisting of 10 executive members who are non-controversial and impartial to conduct the regular elections 2015-17 as per the guidelines/Model Constitution, and advised to conduct a drive for membership.
