A permanent advance of Rs. 5,000 has been sanctioned by the President to the Benches of the Central Administrative Tribunal. This advance is intended for emergent contingent expenditures at the proposed benches in Ahmedabad, Cuttack, Ernakulam, Jabalpur, Jodhpur, Hyderabad, and Patna. The issuance of this sanction is with the concurrence of the Home Finance Division. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Deputy Controller of Accounts, Registrars/Deputy Registrars, and the Drawing and Disbursing Officer have been notified, with a reminder to adhere to the provisions of Rule 90 of the General Financial Rules for expenditure management.

Subject:- Grant of imprest to the Benches of the Central Administrative Tribunal.
The sanction of the President is hereby accorded to the grant of a permanent advance under Rule 90 of the General Financial Rules of a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Benches of the Central Administrative Tribunal to be set up at Ahmedabad, Cuttack, Ernakulam, Jabalpur, Jodhpur, Hyderabad and Patna for meeting emergent contingent expenditure.
This issues with the concurrence of the Home Finance Division vide their U.O.No.1508/Fin.-I/86 dated 2nd May, 1986.
