This order from the Government of India’s Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Departmental of Personnel and Training, allocates Dr. Rakesh Naik, a Civil Assistant Surgeon and Director of Health, to the State of Telangana. This allocation is effective from June 2, 2014, and is in continuation of previous orders. Dr. Naik was previously working with the affairs of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and was recommended for allocation to Telangana by an Advisory Committee. The order specifies that it will not be effective if Dr. Naik obtains a stay order from a court against his allocation. The order is addressed to the Chief Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as well as the Secretaries of the Health and General Administration departments of both states.

In continuation of Order Nos.10(4)/2017 dated 22.02.2017 and 10(4)(a)/2017 dated 11.05.2017, the Government of India, hereby allocates Dr. Rakesh Naik (DoB: 06-03-1986), Civil Assistant Surgeon, Director of Health, Department of Health, Medical and Family Welfare, who, immediately before 02.06 .2014 , was working in connection with the affairs of Government of Andhra Pradesh and has been recommended for allocation to Telangana by the Advisory Committee vide Lr. No.625/SRI/A1/2015 dated 22.09.2017, to the State of Telangana, with effect from 02.06 .2014 .
2. Provided that this order will not come into effect in respect of any person who has obtained ‘stay order’ from a Court of Law against his allocation to any of the Successor State, till the time such stay order is vacated.
