Government of India’s Department of Personnel & Training, Office of Establishment Officer has issued a memorandum concerning proposals for appointments, including additional charge arrangements. To streamline the approval process by the ACC, all future proposals for appointment through deputation, contract, direct recruitment, or for additional/current charge assignments must now include abstracts of the last five years of ACRs. These abstracts, along with the complete ACR dossiers, should be submitted in the enclosed proforma.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Proposals for appointments (including Addl. Charge arrangements) for obtaining approval of the ACC – Submission of abstracts of ACRs.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this office OM No. 8/2/2006-EO(SM-II) dated 11.8.2006 and to say that in future, all proposals including proposals for appointment by deputation/contract/direct recruitment and also for assignment of additional charge/current charge, seeking approval of the ACC, should accompany abstracts of ACRs of the last five years in the enclosed proforma along with the ACR dossiers.
