शो. का. नि. 638 (अ)—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 77 द्वारा प्रगत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत सरकार (केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के कार्यान्वयन के लिए अधिकारी को प्राधिकृत करना) नियम, 1992 को उन राज्यों के नियामक अधिग्रहण करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिकारी से पहले किया गया है या करने का लाभ किया है, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्—
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ—(1) इन नियमों का शख्सियत मान भारत सरकार (केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के कार्यान्वयन के लिए अधिकारी को प्राधिकृत करना) नियम, 1992 है।

- अधिकारियों का प्राधिकृत किया जाता —
(1) उप सिन्धी के उपकक्ष धनुसूची में वित्तिकित अधिकारियों को प्रभातानिक अधिकरण पवित्तिकरण, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन स्थापित केंद्रीय प्रभातानिक अधिकरण के तमख भारत संघ के लिए और उसकी ओर से फाटन किए जाने वाले सभी अधिकारी और अन्य धारावाकों पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया जाता है;
(2) उपनिवार (1) में वित्तिकित ऐसे अधिकारियों को जो मामले में तत्वों से परिचित है, ऐसे अधिकारी को सत्यापित करने के लिए भी प्राधिकृत किया जाता है ।

- (1) भारत सरकार के किसी संसारानुविधान में कोई समूह “क” वाधिकारी;
(ii) भारत सरकार के किसी संसारानुविधान में कोई हेतु वाधिकारी ; - भारत सरकार के किसी वैर-तनिकाधीन कार्यालय में कोई समूह “क” वाधिकारी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th September, 1993
G.S.R. 630(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by article 77 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Government of India (Authorisation of officers for verification of pleadings and other documents to be filed in Central Administrative Tribunal) Rules, 1992 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules, namely :—
- Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Authorisation of officers for verification of pleadings and other documents to be filed in the Central Administrative Tribunal) Rules, 1993.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- Authorisation of officers.—(1) The officers specified in the Schedule annexed to these rules are hereby authorised to sign all pleadings and other documents to be filed for and on behalf of the Union of India, before the Central Administrative Tribunal established under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 (15 of 1985).
(2) Such of the officers referred to in sub-rule (1) as are: unquainted with the facts of the case are also outlgrated to verify such pleadings.
SCIEDULE

- (i) any Group ‘A’ Officer in any Ministry (Department of the Government of India);
(ii) any Desk Officer in any Ministry (Department of the Government of India). -
Any Group ‘A’ Officer in any non-Secretarial office of the Government of India.
