राष्ट्रपति, यह निदेश देते हैं कि भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के (उ.प्र: 1990) सदस्य को श्री संजय भाटिया को अखिल भारतीय सेवा (छुट्टी) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम 7(2)(क) के अनुसार दिनांक 07.03.2009 से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा से त्यागपत्र दिया हुआ समझा जाता है।
