This official notification, issued by the Government of India’s Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, announces that the President directs that Ms. Jyotsana Verma Ray, a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from the (JH:1992) cadre, is deemed to have resigned from the IAS effective August 12, 2015. This decision is made in accordance with Rule 7(2)(a) read with Rule 7(2)(g) of the All India Services (Leave) Rules, 1955. The notification is dated September 15, 2017.

राष्ट्रपति, यह निदेश देते हैं कि (जेएच:1992) संवर्ग की भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा की सदस्य सुश्री ज्योसना वर्मा राय को अखिल भारतीय सेवा (छुट्टी) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम 7(2)(क) के साथ पठित नियम 7(2)(ग) के अनुसार दिनांक 12.08 .2015 से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा से त्यागपत्र दिया हुआ समझा जाता है।
