का.आ. 1228(अ.)—कॅन्डीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) को धारा 14 को उप धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 1 अगस्त, 2007 को उस तारीख के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसको और जिससे ही उक्त अधिनियम को धारा 14 को उप धारा (3) के उपबंध, नीचे उल्लिखित उन संगठनों को, जो सरकार के स्वामित्वाधीन या नियंत्रणाधीन सोसाइडिया और कानूनी संगठन हैं, लागू होंगे और कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) भारत सरकार को अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 730(अ.), तारीख 2 मई, 1986 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्—
उक्त अधिसूचना को अनुसूची में क्रम संख्यांक 46 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् 1-निलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियाँ जोड़ी जाएँगी, अर्थात्—

S.O. 1228(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby specifies the 1st day of August, 2007 as the date on and from which the provisions of Sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the said Act, shall apply to the organisations mentioned below, being the societies and statutory organisations owned or controlled by the Government and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) number G.S.R. 730(E), dated the 2nd May, 1986, namely :—
