27 दिसम्बर, 2013 की अधिसूचना सं. 14015/21/2013- एआईएस द्वारा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में नियुक्त डॉ. एस. प्रभाकरन भा.प्र.से. (तमिलनाडु) को अपना नाम श्री एस. प्रभाकरन से बदलकर श्री एस. प्रभाकर करने की अनुमति दी गई है । तदनुसार सभी सरकारी प्रयोजनों से वे श्री एस. प्रभाकर के रूप में जाने जाएंगे ।
