Government Decisions on High Court Directives Regarding Employee Reallocation

G

This document details several decisions made by the Government of India concerning the reallocation of employees to successor states, specifically Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. These decisions are based on directives from the High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and were considered by a committee chaired by the Joint Secretary (A,T, A&CS). Several individuals, including Shri Devisharan, Shri Sudhanshu Manohar Singh, Shri Rakesh Singh, Smt. Amita Verma, Shri Anjani Kumar Bajpayee, Shri Parmeshwar Deen, Shri Surendra Kumar Gupta, and Shri Mata Prasad, had their representations for reallocation reviewed. The outcomes varied, with some representations accepted based on specific circumstances like policy adherence or medical grounds, leading to allocation to Uttar Pradesh. In other cases, representations were rejected due to a lack of valid grounds or established policy, with employees continuing in their allocated successor state. The document emphasizes that these decisions are in compliance with court orders and existing government guidelines.
