Subject: Consideration of representation of Shri Raja Bhaiya Tiwari (presently working as Sub-Inspector) in compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad in W.P. No. 53061/2009 dated 30.10.2009.

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the State Advisory Committee in its $75^{\text {th }}$ meeting held on $22 / 01 / 2010$ considered the representation of Shri Raja Bhaiya Tiwari, in compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad in W.P. No. 53061/2009 dated 30.10 .2009 .
2. The State Advisory Committee found that he is suffering from cancer which has been confirmed by SGPI, Lucknow. The Committee recommended to accept his representation as the same is covered under the guidelines on Medical Hardship.
3. The Government of India has accepted the recommendation of the State Advisory Committee and accordingly the allocation of Shri Raja Bhaiya Tiwari stands revised to Uttar Pradesh.
The officer concerned may be apprised accordingly.
