Subject: Decision on the representations of Shri Ashok Kumar, BCG Technician in compliance of Hon’ble High Court Nainital’s directions in – W.P. No.381/2006 –
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the directions of the Hon’ble High Court, Nainital in W.P. No. 381/2006 dated 21.2.2006 and to say that the representations of Shri Ashok Kumar, BCG Technician was considered by the head of the head of the Dt. S.K. Sarkar, Joint Secretary Committee in its meeting held on 23.6.2009. The Committee found that Shri Ashok Kumar is a domicile of Uttar Pradesh and was mistakenly shown as domicile of Uttarakhand and allocated to Uttarakhand. Hence, the Committee recommended to accept his representation for allocation to Uttar Pradesh.
The Government of India has accepted the recommendation of the Committee and accordingly Shri Ashok Kumar, BCG Technician stands allocated to Uttar Pradesh. Officer concerned may kindly be apprised of the position.
