Statutory Orders and Notifications issued by the Ministries of the Government of India (other than the Ministry of Defence)
(1) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख की प्रह्लत होगें ।
2. केल्होय सिंधिन सेना (वर्गीकरण, निर्ग्रहण और ध्रुवीण) नियम, 1965 की धनुसूची में, भाग V के स्नैच 2 में निम्नलिखित मंत्राग्रत ] किए जाएँगे, धर्यन्तु :-
(i) कम मक्यांश 2 (ख) (i) (बा) के सामने, “बकररबन्द कोर?” शब्दों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित शब्द और कोष्टक ध्रज: स्थायित किए जाएँगे, धर्यन्तु :-
“सिन्हण भ्र्रतिस्थित् स्न्ति बंध्ट प्रचालकों के”;
(ii) पथ’ मक्यांश 2(ख) (i) (ब) के मागने, विद्यमान शब्दों और कोष्टक के त्व्तल पर, निम्नलिखित शब्द और कोष्टक रखे जाएँगे, धर्यन्तु :-
“स्टाफ ड्युटी निर्देशनिय (धर्यन्तु मुख्यालय संवदन और ऐसे निमित्तिययों द्वारा, जो किसी सेवाग्रतिस्पर्धार की संख्या धन में के नहीं है परे गए यव, जिनके ध्रजनेव सफाई कर्मचार्तायुंव है (उज्जु निर्देशनित स्त्रि बाँहें प्रचालक नहीं है)”;
(iii) कम मक्यांश 2(ख) (i) (ब) के मागने, “सैधिक प्रशिक्षण निर्देशनन” शब्दों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित शब्द और कोष्टक ध्रज: स्थायित किए जाएँगे, धर्यन्तु :-
“(निषाद्य निमित्तियन स्त्रि बाँहें प्रचालकों के);”
(iv) पथ मक्यांश 2(ख) (i) (ब) के सामने, “सिम्नल निर्देशनन” शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और कोष्टक ध्रज: स्थायित किए जाएँगे, धर्यन्तु :-
“(निषाद्य प्रगतिम ध्रजस्थन्द कोर, स्टाफ ड्युटी निर्देशनिय और सैधिक प्रशिक्षण निर्देशनिय के ध्रुवीन पर सिम्नल यूनिटों के निर्दितिप्त स्त्रि बाँहे प्रचालक भी है जो ध्रज निर्दितिप्त स्त्रि बाँहे प्रचालकों के साधारण कर्मचारिद्वन्द शाखा सामान्य रोहटर में ध्रजविरद है”

New Delhi, the 9th January, 1981
S.O. 264-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1981.
(2) These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part V, the following amendments shall be made in column 2, namely :-
(i) against serial number 2(B) (i) (a), after the words “Armoured Corps”, the following words and brackets shall be inserted, namely :-
“(except Civilian Switch Board Operators)”;
(ii) against serial number 2(B)(i)(c), for the existing words and brackets, the following words and brackets shall be substituted, namely :-
“Staff Duties Directorate (i.e. posts in Headquarters formation and Staff Offices manned by civilians who are not borne on the strength of any Arm/ Services/Corps, including conservancy staff, but excluding civilian Switch Board Operators)”;
(iii) against serial number 2(B)(i)(d), after the words “Military Training Directorate”, the following words and brackets shall be inserted, namely :-
“(except Civilian Switch Board Operators)”;
(iv) against serial number 2(B)(i)(f), after the words “Signals Directorate” the following words and brackets shall be inserted, namely :-
“including Civilian Switch Board Operators of nonsignal units under Armoured Corps, Staff Duties Directorate, and Military Training Directorate now included in the General Staff Risench Common Roster of Civilian Switch Board Operators)”.
