Fundamental (Second Amendment) Rules, 2000

This notification announces amendments to the Fundamental Rules, specifically regarding the substitution of “rupees twenty five” with “rupees one hundred” in rule 22. NOTIFICATION

G.S.R……. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to
article 309 read with clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution, and after
consultation with Comptroller and Auditor General in relation to persons
serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President
hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Fundamental Rules
namely:-

  1. (1) These Rules may be called the Fundamental (Second Amendment)
    Rules,2000

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force from 1st January,
1996.

  1. In rule 22 of the Fundamental Rules, 1922, in sub-rule (I), in item
    (a) for the words “rupees twenty five” the words “rupees one hundred”
    wherever it occurs shall be substituted.

साम्य का-नि
संविधान के अनुच्छेद 148 के खंड 858 के
साथ पठित, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके
तथा भारतीय लेखा-परीक्षा और लेखा-विभाग में सेवारत व्यक्तियों के संबंध में नियंत्रक
और महालेखा परीक्षक से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, राष्ट्रपति मूल नियमों में आगे और
संशोधन करने के लिए पतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं:-
1. 818 ये नियम मूल द्वितीय संशोधन नियम, 2000 है ।
828 ये जनवरी 01, 1996 से लागू हुए माने जाएंगे ।
2. मूल नियम, 1922 के नियम 22 के उप-नियम 818 के मद 8क 8 में
जहाँ कहीं “पच्चीस रुपए” शब्द आएँ, उनके स्थान पर “एक सौ रुपए” शब्द
प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएं।
