सा.का.नि. 448(अ).—राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मूल नियमों में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात् :—

  1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम मूल (संशोधन) नियम, 2010 है ।

(2) ये नियम शासकीय राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।

  1. मूल नियमों में नियम 56 में, खंड (घ) के चौथे परन्तुक में “तीन वर्ष” शब्दों के स्थान पर “चार वर्ष” शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएं ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th May, 2010
G.S.R. 448(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby

makes the following rules further to amend the Fundamental Rules, namely :-

  1. (1) These rules may be called the Fundamental (Amendment) Rules, 2010.
    (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
  2. In the Fundamental rules, in rule 56, in clause (d), in the fourth proviso, for the words “three years”, the words “four years” shall be substituted.
